Refund policy

This policy applies to all orders placed on pyqone.com, operated by Asif Abbas, trading as PYQ One.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is completed.

Returns

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or when the customer orders the wrong subject or set.

Damaged, defective or wrong books

If a book reaches you damaged in transit, has a printing defect (missing, blank or repeated pages), or is not the book you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• your order number, and
• clear photos of the book and the parcel packaging (an unboxing video helps).

Once we verify the problem, we will send a replacement at no extra cost. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the price of the affected book.

The Surgery + Orthopaedics and Obstetrics + Gynaecology books are sold only as sets. If one book in a set is damaged or defective, we replace that book.

Refunds

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few more days to show the amount. If an entire order is refunded because of our error, the shipping charge is refunded too.
