The website pyqone.com is operated by Asif Abbas, trading as PYQ One, Panichekunnel House, Chenappady, Kerala 686520, India. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Our products

Impulse PYQ books are compilations of previous year university question papers for exam preparation. Product images are for illustration. PYQ One is not affiliated with or endorsed by KUHS or any other university. The original question papers remain the property of the respective universities. We do not guarantee any exam result.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Shipping is charged separately and shown at checkout. Payment is made online through our payment partner (UPI, cards, net banking and other methods offered at checkout). We may change prices at any time; you pay the price shown when you place your order.

4. Orders

We may decline or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error, unavailability or suspected fraud. If we cancel a paid order, you receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy. Damaged, defective or wrong books are covered by our Refund Policy. Orders cannot be cancelled by the customer once paid.

6. Intellectual property

The selection, arrangement, layout and cover designs of Impulse PYQ books, and the content of this website, belong to PYQ One. You may not copy, scan, share as PDF, or resell our books or website content without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Kerala, India.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
